We are growing our design team and looking for a senior designer to lead concepts, execution, and creative direction. Looking for a person who is curious, detail-oriented, and excited by the challenge of bringing concepts into immersive environments.
A strong understanding of design, production, styling, and execution is essential.
4-6 years of experience in Weddings / Spatial Design

This is not just an operations role.
We’re looking for someone who can lead production, manage teams, and execute large-scale weddings with calmness, precision, and ownership.
The role involves:

Managing on-ground production & execution

Coordinating vendors, fabrication teams & logistics

Overseeing timelines, setting up schedules, and workflow

Problem-solving efficiently under pressure

Ensuring smooth execution from load-in to final breakdown

Working closely with design and hospitality teams
What we’re looking for:

3-6 years of experience in weddings, events, or hospitality production

Strong leadership and coordination skills

Ability to manage high-pressure environments calmly

Detail-oriented with strong execution capabilities

Someone proactive, dependable, and solution-driven
Full-time position at Jim Corbett | Frequent travel for weddings & projects.
